Inspired by the spirit of Pura Vida, Surf Cottages 13 was conceived as a celebration of Costa Rica’s most authentic luxury: its way of life. More than a residence, it is a place where nature, wellbeing, and meaningful experiences come together, inviting residents to embrace a slower rhythm and a deeper connection with their surroundings.
The concept of Tropical Love became the foundation of the design narrative. Warm natural textures, ocean-inspired tones, and handcrafted details create an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and effortless. Every material and finish was selected to reflect the beauty, warmth, and authenticity of life along the Pacific coast.
At the heart of the home lies the idea of togetherness. Open social spaces flow naturally from one area to another, encouraging shared meals, conversations, and moments that become lasting memories. Inspired by the warmth of Latin American hospitality, the design transforms everyday gatherings into meaningful experiences.
Surf Cottages 13 honors the talent and traditions of local artisans through carefully curated furniture, artwork, and bespoke details.
